A three hour introductory lesson covering basic strokes, rolling and a brief introduction to moving water.

Introductory River Trip
A 3 hour introductory river trip, covering an introduction to moving water, basic river running skills, and an introduction to reading white water.

Full day Introduction to White Water
This is our most popular option. We run both of the above courses in one action packed day! This really is the best way to try out this exciting sport. Included is a huge packed lunch, all river shuttles, guiding and instruction, top of the range equipment and return transport from Kampala.
