We begin with a short introduction on land, where you'll get familiar with your paddleboard and basic techniques to help you feel comfortable on the water. Then, we glide out onto a quiet, sheltered section of the river, where the water is calm and the surroundings are peaceful. Once in place, the yoga session starts with grounding breathwork and gentle stretches before moving into a flowing sequence designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance. The session concludes with a blissful floating Savasana, allowing you to fully relax as you soak in the serenity of the Nile.
